Returns & Exchanges
At Jacē, we take pride in offering quality products and carefully inspecting every item before shipment. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered if the item received has:
- Missing inclusions that were not disclosed in the listing.
- Defects or flaws that were not clearly shown in the product photos or described in the listing.
In such cases, we offer a replacement or exchange of item only. Refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must involve an undisclosed defect or missing inclusion.
- Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery, including weekends.
- The item must remain in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and inclusions intact.
- The security tag (if applicable) must remain attached and untampered with.
- The returned item must be shipped back within 48 hours after approval.
- The item must be returned with all original inclusions, such as boxes, dust bags, locks, straps, tags, and other accessories.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with both delivery and return shipping.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before purchasing. We make every effort to accurately represent each item to ensure that what you see is what you receive.
If an approved exchange is requested, please return the item using a trackable shipping service. Tracking information helps ensure the safe receipt of the returned item.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will respond within one business day to confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded:
- Orders that have already been shipped
